Is Carewell a temp work agency?

Yes, but better. Just like temp agencies, we will employ you with a proper work contract and take care of insurances & pension funds. However, we facilitate the collaboration digitally, and will foster transparency for you to be empowered in your temp work career.
In which institutions can you provide work?

Currently, we are working with the GHOL (Nyon Hospital) & the Foundation Belle Saison (5 nursing homes between Gland & Gimel VD)

Good question. We're definitely starting, meaning that you're not only joining a temp work company but a whole adventure that we will co-create together. We're very serious. Several years ago, we realized that there we had a big issue in healthcare, with a shortage in healthcare professionals that was quite dramatic. We also realized that there was no good way for professionals to work flexibly, and that both institutions and professionals lost a lot of time. That's why we're creating Carewell.
